I am an agronomist, farmer and cheesemaker on a family dairy farm associated with a biogas plant, la Ferme du Haut-Village, located in Alsace, France.

I write every now and then on the blog about farming, business, books, you name it, and have a weekly newsletter, “la crème de la crème”.
