all or nothing

There are two types of people (I’m exaggerating, slightly).

The « all-or-nothing »: working out 7 days a week or nothing at all, working 18 hours days then not managing anything for 3 weeks, etc.

The « average »: I’m definitely this type. I can’t just go or stop abruptly, chances are I’ll ease into or out of it, and then I’ll try to sustain that rhythm for as long as possible.

It helps to know which one you are.
